Service Description

Book a free consultation with us so we can help determine whether this is a good fit for you and your people. Team Building - we work with teams of 4 or more from any level of the organization and beginning from the top down. Our process is simple, with several options that depend on your preferences. We begin by having all participants take the TPRAT evaluation, a Character Capacity survey developed by Dr. John Townsend of the Townsend Institute and based on peer-reviewed research in both psychology and neuroscience. This survey, along with the Maslach Burnout Inventory (for a total of 40 questions that should take about 30 minutes on average), will provide our coaches with everything they need to meet with each of the participants individually for a coaching and informational session followed by up to two follow-up individual sessions (3 total). From there, the participants are brought together to learn customized social intelligence and social capital strategies that will help to build the relational capital of the organization (scientifically leverageable for significant ROI, growth, and scaling ability). Along with leadership and beginning from the top down, groups will be formed that meet for 90 minutes on a regular basis for a year. Deliverables will be visible via follow-up Burnout Inventory assessments given periodically throughout the year. Other obvious fruits in the way of People, Personal, and Performance will also be evident as the relational health and wealth of your organization solve problems like burnout, employee turnover, cynicism, disconnectedness, and more. Individual Sessions - Our individual sessions are right for those looking to break free from hurts, hang-ups, and habits and those looking to increase their relational capacity with God and others. We look at each individual as a whole person with three distinct areas: spirit, soul, and body. For inner healing and spiritual directorship, we utilize tools found in the Sozo and Financial Sozo ministries. These tools help us to facilitate connection and bonding to the Christian Trinity (Jesus, Father God, and Holy Spirit). For Soul work, we utilize the Townsend Model, and coach individuals utilizing the TPRAT, a Character Capacity survey that reveals strengths and deficits and how to grow. For the body, we pray for God to heal and refer to trusted outside resources when needed.
